Cream Cheese and Beef Jambon Pickle Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of beef jambon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 16 dill pickle spears
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • Fresh chives, for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Lay out the slices of beef jambon on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each slice.
  3. Place a dill pickle spear at one end of each jambon slice.
  4. Drizzle a little whole grain mustard over the cream cheese and pickles.
  5. Roll up the jambon slices, securing them with toothpicks.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh chives.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
